  • Yes — these bands are latex-free. They contain no natural latex proteins, so they are safe for users with a latex allergy. If you have a severe allergy, we still recommend a short skin contact test before a full workout, as with any new equipment.

  • Each band is a 82-inch continuous loop, which measures about 41 inches end to end when laid flat.

  • Any rubber band can fail if it is overstretched or anchored on a sharp edge. check the surface of each band for nicks or cuts before use.

  • The Red band (15-35 lbs) is the one most commonly used for rehab and range-of-motion work, and Black (25-65 lbs) suits later-stage strengthening.

  • New bands carry a mild scent from the manufacturing process when they come out of the packaging. Hang the bands in open air for 12-24hours and it fades substantially. We do not use plastic coatings or fragrance additives.
